The invention belongs to the technical field of internal combustion engines, and particularly discloses a coal mine internal combustion engine heat management system which comprises a heater, a cooling liquid preheating box, a cooling liquid storage box, an engine and a warm air conditioning system. A three-way proportional control valve is installed at an air outlet of the heater, one end of the three-way proportional control valve is connected with the warm air conditioning system through a first pipeline, and the other end of the three-way proportional control valve is connected with the cooling liquid preheating box through a second pipeline. The cooling liquid storage box is arranged in the cooling liquid preheating box, one side of the cooling liquid storage box is connected with the engine cylinder sleeve through a third pipeline, and a water outlet of the engine cylinder sleeve is connected with the cooling liquid storage box through a water return pipeline; an exhaust pipe is arranged on one side of the cooling liquid preheating box, and gas purification mechanisms are mounted on the exhaust pipe and the first pipeline; heat can be reasonably distributed, harmful substances in hot air can be purified, air pollution is not likely to be caused, and the body health of workers in a cab is not likely to be harmed.

    本发明属于内燃机技术领域,具体公开了一种煤矿内燃机热管理系统,包括加热器、冷却液预热箱、冷却液储存箱、发动机以及暖风空调系统;所述加热器的出气口安装有三通比例控制阀,所述三通比例控制阀的一端通过第一管路与暖风空调系统连接,三通比例控制阀的一端通过第二管路与冷却液预热箱连接;冷却液储存箱设置在冷却液预热箱内,且冷却液储存箱的一侧通过第三管路与发动机缸套连接,发动机缸套的出水口通过回水管路与冷却液储存箱连接;冷却液预热箱的一侧设有排气管,且排气管以及第一管路上均安装有气体净化机构;本发明能够对热量进行合理分配,且能够净化热气中的有害物质,不易造成空气污染,且不易危害驾驶室内工作人员的身体健康。
