The invention provides an airplane atrocious weather environment fault test analysis method and system based on BowTie, and belongs to the technical field of airplane test. Comprising the following steps: S1, constructing a BowTie graph; s2, implementing preventive control measures on the aircraft; and S3, maintenance and improvement. The method changes the current situation that a fault analysis method for the airplane in the atrocious weather environment is lacked at present, and has the advantages of being simple, easy to understand and high in applicability.
