The invention is suitable for the technical field of ship manufacturing, and provides a propeller keyless hydraulic connection mounting method which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing auxiliary tools according to drawing, process and specification requirements; s2, a propeller taper hole and a tail shaft cone are matched in a scraping mode according to requirements; s3, a propeller is arranged on a tail shaft cone in a hanging and sleeving mode, a hydraulic nut is screwed on the propeller, then an axial hydraulic oil pump and a radial hydraulic oil pump are connected, and a dial indicator is installed; s4, determining an initial push-in amount; s5, according to the on-site temperature, comparing the push-in quantity comparison table, and combining the initial push-in quantity to obtain the minimum axial push-in quantity and the maximum axial push-in quantity; and S6, a radial hydraulic oil pump and an axial hydraulic oil pump are started, and the push-in amount of the propeller is within the range of the minimum axial push-in amount and the maximum axial push-in amount. The method is simple in calculation and rapid in calculation response, and compared with a mapping method, the result accuracy can be obviously improved, and the result is not influenced by manual mapping interference.

    本发明适用于船舶制造技术领域,提供一种螺旋桨无键液压联结安装方法,包括步骤S1、根据图纸、工艺和规范要求准备辅助工具;步骤S2、对螺旋桨锥孔与艉轴锥体按要求刮配;步骤S3、将螺旋桨吊套在艉轴锥体上并旋上液压螺母,然后连接轴向液压油泵和径向液压油泵,安装百分表;步骤S4、确定初始推入量;步骤S5、根据现场温度对照推入量对照表,并结合所述初始推入量,得到轴向最小推入量和最大推入量;步骤S6、启动径向液压油泵和轴向液压油泵,将螺旋桨的推入量在所述轴向最小推入量和最大推入量范围内。本方法计算简单,计算反应迅速,相较于作图法,能明显提高结果精确度,不受人为作图干扰影响结果。
