Direct-current motors are placed on the sliding plates in the fixing pipes, the sliding plates are stressed to automatically slide down and compress the reset springs, a plurality of direct-current motors can be stored in each fixing pipe, the direct-current motors can be transferred by screwing the sealing covers after storage is completed, and in the transferring process, the first shock pads, the second shock pads and the third shock pads can all conduct shock absorption; and the safety of the direct current motor is ensured, and the direct current motor is stored in the fixed pipe, so that the falling condition is avoided.
本发明公开了一种电动车用永磁无刷直流轮毂电机转运防护装置,包括转运框和底板,所述转运框的两侧外壁中部均固定有安置板,且底板的顶部外壁两侧均固定有两个对称分布的气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆顶端与安置板的底部外壁固定连接,且底板的底部外壁固定有四个呈矩形状分布的万向轮,所述转运框的底部内壁固定有等距离分布的固定管。本发明将直流电机放入固定管内的滑板上,滑板受力自动下滑并压缩复位弹簧,且每个固定管内可存放多个直流电机,存储完毕后,拧上密封盖即可,即可进行转运,转运过程中,第一减震垫、第二减震垫和第三减震垫都可进行减震,保障直流电机的安全,且直流电机存储于固定管内,不会出现跌落的情况发生。
