The invention relates to a fuel cell engine air subsystem control strategy test verification device, which is characterized by comprising an air compressor, a humidifier, an electric pile simulator, a pipeline, a sensor module and an upper computer, and is used for formulating a control strategy according to a target working condition; parameters of the air compressor, the humidifier and the electric pile simulator are set according to the control strategy, and the opening degree of the bypass throttle valve and the opening degree of the tail exhaust throttle valve are controlled; and verifying the control strategy according to the data of the sensor module. The system is used for cathode cavity simulation, and rapid development, verification and optimization of an air subsystem control strategy are realized, so that the dynamic response capability of air supply of a fuel cell is scientifically and effectively improved, and many risks caused by verification of the control strategy by adopting a real fuel cell engine are overcome.

    本发明涉及一种燃料电池发动机空气子系统控制策略测试验证装置,其特征在于,包括:空压机、加湿器、电堆模拟器、管路、传感器模块、上位机,用于根据目标工况制定控制策略;根据所述控制策略设置所述空压机、加湿器、电堆模拟器的参数及控制所述旁路节气门和尾排节气门的开度;根据所述传感器模块的数据验证所述控制策略。本发明用于进行阴极腔体模拟,实现空气子系统控制策略的快速开发、验证和优化,从而科学有效地提高燃料电池空气供给的动态响应能力,克服采用真实的燃料电池发动机对控制策略进行验证的诸多风险。
