The invention provides a novel expressway rotating barrel type intelligent anti-collision pad. Energy absorption devices are installed on the two sides of the anti-collision pad. The energy absorption device comprises a movable frame (1). A rotating barrel (104) with a sensing chip is arranged in the frame; a camera device (5), an early warning device (6) and a solar module (7) are mounted at the crash pad fixing end (2); when a collision event occurs at the anti-collision pad, the camera device (5), the early warning device (6) and the sensing module of the rotary barrel upload related data of the collision event to a cloud control center through a network; after the cloud control center processes the related data of the collision event, the processed information is transmitted to a management user and a navigation user; the front collision buffering performance and the side collision guiding performance of the vehicle can be met; and meanwhile, traffic accidents can be monitored and pre-warned in real time.

    本发明提出一种新型高速公路旋转桶式智慧防撞垫,所述防撞垫两侧处安装了吸能装置;所述吸能装置包括可移动的框架(1);所述框架内设有带感应芯片的旋转桶(104);所述防撞垫固定端(2)处安装有摄像装置(5)、预警装置(6)和太阳能组件(7);当在防撞垫处发生碰撞事件时,所述摄像装置(5)、预警装置(6)和旋转桶的感应模块经网络向云端控制中心上传碰撞事件相关数据;所述云端控制中心在处理该碰撞事件相关数据后,将处理后的信息传输至管理用户和导航用户;本发明能满足车辆正面碰撞缓冲性能和侧面碰撞的导向性能;同时能实时监控和预警交通事故。
