The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum alloy, and discloses an aluminum alloy stiffened plate for a ship and an extrusion process of the aluminum alloy stiffened plate for the ship, the aluminum alloy stiffened plate for the ship comprises a stiffened plate, and the stiffened plate comprises aluminum alloy and an additive; the aluminum alloy comprises 23.2 parts of silicon (Si), 3.8 to 4.9 parts of copper (Cu), 1.2 to 1.8 parts of magnesium (Mg), 0.3 to 0.9 part of manganese (Mn), 0.1 part of chromium (Cr), 0.25 part of zinc (Zn) and the balance of aluminum (Al); and the additive comprises 0.5 part of Fe (iron). According to the method, in order to prevent extrusion cracks, the extrusion speed needs to be gradually reduced along with the proceeding of the extrusion process and the rising of the temperature of a deformation area. A traction machine is generally adopted for traction after a profile is out of a die hole, certain traction tension is applied to an extruded product when the traction machine works, and meanwhile, the traction machine moves synchronously with the outflow speed of the product, so that the purpose of using the traction machine is to relieve irregular length and scratches during multi-wire extrusion and prevent the profile from twisting and bending after the profile is out of the die hole to bring troubles to tension straightening; and the effect of improving the yield is achieved.

    本发明涉及铝合金技术领域,且公开了船舶用铝合金带劲板及其挤压工艺,船舶用铝合金带劲板,包括带劲板,所述带劲板包括铝合金和添加剂;所述铝合金包括:硅Si:23.2份、铜Cu:3.8‑4.9份、镁Mg:1.2‑1.8份、锰Mn:0.3‑0.9份、铬Cr:0.1份、锌Zn:0.25份、铝Al:余量;所述添加剂包括:铁Fe:0.5份。本发明中,为了防止出现挤压裂纹,随着挤压过程的进行和变形区温度的升高,挤压速度应逐渐降低。型材出模孔后,一般采用牵引机牵引,牵引机工作时给挤压制品以一定的牵引张力,同时与制品流出速度同步移动,使用牵引机的目的在于减轻多线挤压时长短不齐和抹伤,同时也可防止型材出模孔后扭拧、弯曲,给张力矫直带来麻烦,达到了提高成品率的效果。
