The invention discloses a visual cabin motion simulation detection device which comprises a cabin model, a fixing frame, a pressure detection device, a six-dimensional force sensor, a pore water pressure sensor, a flat plate, a side plate, a cabin cover, a pressure detection mounting groove, a pore water pressure sensor mounting groove, an operation platform, a supporting frame and a camera. The cabin model is arranged in the fixing frame, the cabin cover is arranged on the top of the cabin model, and the bottom of the fixing frame is connected with the flat plate connected with the six-dimensional force sensor. The support frame is arranged on the operation platform, and a camera is fixed on the support frame; a side edge plate is arranged in the cabin model, pressure detection mounting grooves are formed in the side edge plate and the cabin walls on the two opposite sides, and pressure detection devices are mounted in the pressure detection mounting grooves; pore water pressure sensor mounting grooves are formed in adjacent bulkheads; and a pore water pressure sensor is mounted in the pore water pressure sensor mounting groove. According to the invention, the problem that the real bulk cargo ship motion detection is difficult to realize is solved, and the cargo motion state and the cabin stress condition in the cabin model are visually observed.
