The invention discloses a compact centrally-mounted motor with higher center shaft pedaling force detection precision. The compact centrally-mounted motor comprises a shell, a motor core, a speed reducing mechanism, a center shaft pedaling force detection device and a crankset positioning sleeve, wherein a center shaft penetrates through the lower part of the shell; the motor core, the speed reducing mechanism, the center shaft pedaling force detection device and the crankset positioning sleeve are arranged in the shell; an output shaft of the motor core is connected with a crankset positioning sleeve sleeved on the middle shaft through a speed reducing mechanism, the front part of the crankset positioning sleeve extends out of the shell to fix a crankset, and cranks are fixed at two ends of the middle shaft; the center shaft pedaling force detection device comprises a signal output assembly electrically connected with a controller of the electric bicycle and an induction assembly electrically connected with the signal output assembly. The center shaft pedaling force detection device is characterized in that the induction assembly comprises two torque strain gauges which correspond to cranks at the two ends respectively and are attached to a center shaft. Compared with the prior art, the two torque strain gauges can directly sense and obtain the torque applied to the middle shaft by the treading force at the two ends instead of being indirectly obtained by the deformation shaft sleeve, so that the middle shaft treading force detection device is higher in torque recognition precision and smaller in external force interference, and the stability and accuracy of an output electric signal can be improved.
本发明公开了一种中轴踏力检测精度更高的紧凑中置电机,包括下部穿设中轴的壳体及设置在壳体内部的电机机芯、减速机构、中轴踏力检测装置和牙盘定位套;电机机芯的输出轴经减速机构同套于中轴上的牙盘定位套相连,牙盘定位套前部伸出壳体以固定牙盘,中轴两端均固定有曲柄;中轴踏力检测装置包括同电动自行车的控制器电连接的信号输出组件及与之电连接的感应组件,其特征在于:感应组件包括分别对应两端曲柄贴设于中轴上的两个扭矩应变片。相比现有技术,两扭矩应变片能直接感应获取两端踏力施加在中轴上的扭矩,而非由变形轴套间接获取,故使得中轴踏力检测装置的扭矩识别精度更高,受外力干扰更小,能提高其输出的电信号的稳定性和准确性。
