Comprising the steps of receiving and storing charging pile identification information, receiving and storing instantly updated charging pile state information, screening charging piles with idle charging ports, sending reservation information to the charging piles with the idle charging ports, and receiving reservation confirmation information sent by the charging piles; working condition information during charging is received and stored, and the working condition information comprises state information that the charging pile is in a slow charging state or a fast charging state and circuit working conditions in the charging process; the method further comprises the steps of receiving charging completion confirmation information of the charging pile, and receiving updated charging pile state information; wherein the state information comprises the occupation condition information of the charging port on the charging pile and the fault information of the charging pile, and the fault information of the charging pile comprises the safety detection information of the charging port. Therefore, the charging of the new energy automobile battery is more convenient.
