The control assembly calculates the dew point temperature according to the real-time temperature and humidity signals collected by the temperature and humidity sensor, the real-time temperature of a first area and the real-time temperature of a second area on the surface of a shell of the air conditioner box are collected through the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor respectively, and the control assembly compares the dew point temperature with the two temperature signals in real time. The first heating unit and the second heating unit are controlled to independently heat the shell of the air conditioning box or simultaneously heat the shell of the air conditioning box, so that different positions of the surface of the shell of the air conditioning box are respectively heated, and whether condensate water is generated in the current environment or not can be effectively detected and judged in real time while electric energy is saved; heating can be carried out in time to avoid condensation of condensate water; meanwhile, the anti-condensation device is simple in structure and high in integration, has autonomous control capacity, does not need to be connected into a control system of the whole vehicle, and is wide in applicability.

    本发明涉及汽车空调技术领域,具体公开了一种防冷凝装置、防冷凝方法及汽车空调系统。控制组件根据温湿度传感器采集的实时温度和湿度信号计算出露点温度,通过第一温度传感器和第二温度传感器分别采集空调箱的壳体表面的第一区域和第二区域的实时温度,控制组件实时将露点温度和两个温度信号分别进行比较,来控制第一加热单元和第二加热单元单独加热空调箱的壳体或同时加热空调箱的壳体,实现对空调箱的壳体的表面不同位置分别加热,节约电能的同时既能有效实时检测和判断当前的环境是否会产生冷凝水,并能及时加热来避免冷凝水的凝结;同时该防冷凝装置结构简单,集成性高,拥有自主控制能力,不需要连接入整车的控制系统,适用性广。
