A thermal conditioning circuit for a vehicle, said circuit comprising a first heat exchanger (2) and a second heat exchanger (4) arranged in series in a flow direction of an air flow intended to pass therethrough in this order, said circuit comprising a third heat exchanger (6) through which an ambient air flow passes, the loop is configured to allow refrigerant to circulate in series in the first heat exchanger (2) and the third heat exchanger (6), and to allow heat transfer fluid to circulate in the second heat exchanger (4).
