The invention relates to a moving target monitoring method and system based on multi-video stitching, and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of extracting first target feature data of a to-be-monitored moving target in a target video picture, and constructing a first target monitoring model; constructing a line network corresponding to the shooting position according to the shooting position of the target video picture; splicing a plurality of videos corresponding to the line network in the same time dimension, and extracting second target feature data from the wide-view-angle video; and updating the first target monitoring model to obtain and monitor the to-be-monitored moving target according to the second target monitoring model, and obtaining a real-time monitoring result of the to-be-monitored moving target. According to the invention, seamless monitoring of the state of the moving target is realized through intelligent splicing, the process of manual searching is omitted, and negligence of related information in other related shot videos except the picture where the target is located is avoided while the monitoring perimeter is coherent, so that whole-process wide-view-angle monitoring of the moving target is formed.

    本发明涉及基于多视频拼接的移动目标监测方法、系统和存储介质,所述方法包括:在目标视频画面中提取待监测移动目标的第一目标特征数据并构建第一目标监测模型;根据目标视频画面的拍摄位置构建拍摄位置对应的线路网;将同一时间维度下的线路网所对应的多个视频进行拼接,并在宽视角视频中提取第二目标特征数据;对第一目标监测模型进行更新,得到并根据第二目标监测模型对待监测移动目标进行监测,得到待监测移动目标的实时监测结果。本发明通过智能拼接实现了无缝的监视移动目标状态,省掉了人工查找的过程,在连贯监控周界的同时,还避免疏忽除目标所在画面外其他关联摄像视频中的相关信息,以此形成了对移动目标的全过程宽视角监控。
