The busbar assembly is installed at one end of the stator assembly in the axial direction and provided with a three-phase connecting terminal penetrating through the wire passing hole, the space between the stator assembly and the shell is filled with resin materials, the busbar assembly is further provided with a boss base arranged in the wire passing hole in a sealed mode, and the three-phase connecting terminal is installed on the boss base. After the resin material is solidified, the rigidity of the stator assembly can be greatly improved, the stator assembly is prevented from shaking easily, the vibration noise of the stator assembly can be effectively reduced, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the resin material is much larger than that of air, so that the heat dissipation performance of the motor is greatly improved, and efficiency reduction caused by too high temperature of the motor is prevented. And meanwhile, the wire passing hole of the shell can be sealed through the boss seat, so that the resin material is prevented from seeping out.
本发明公开了电机、动力总成及助力自行车,其中电机包括壳体、定子组件和汇流排组件,壳体的内部形成有空腔,壳体设有过线孔,定子组件设于空腔内并与壳体的内壁过盈连接,汇流排组件安装于定子组件沿轴向的一端并设有穿设于过线孔的三相连接端子,定子组件与壳体之间填充有树脂材料,且汇流排组件还设有封设于过线孔的凸台座,三相连接端子安装于凸台座,树脂材料凝固后能够大大提升定子组件的刚度,防止定子组件容易晃动,从而能够有效降低定子组件的振动噪音,而且由于树脂材料的导热系数比空气大很多,从而使得电机的散热性能大大提高,防止电机因温度过高而造成效率下降,同时能够通过凸台座封住壳体的过线孔,防止树脂材料渗出。
