The PLC is provided with an input end a used for receiving EFB start-stop battery charging current I collected by the current collector, an input end b used for receiving an instruction sent out when an automobile engine ECU judges that an EFB start-stop battery is in a charging state after large current discharging, and an output end c used for sending out a servo motor working instruction.
