The invention discloses a highway parking early warning method based on an ETC technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) calculating the spacing distance of road side units according to the detection range of the road side units of an ETC system; (2), vehicle arrival information is sent to a road side unit through an annular magnetic induction coil, the road side unit sends a signal to a vehicle-mounted electronic tag, and a bidirectional channel is established; (3) the road side unit reads the vehicle information in the vehicle-mounted electronic tag and determines the position of the vehicle-mounted electronic tag; and (4) after the vehicle-mounted electronic tag judges that the vehicle is stopped emergently, a corresponding instruction is generated, a roadside early warning facility is controlled to carry out early warning on the vehicle on the expressway, and the known vehicle information and position information are sent to the cloud management terminal through automatic alarm. The method is easy to implement, easy and convenient to operate, high in feasibility and easy to expand, and the problem that an existing highway parking early warning system based on the ETC technology does not have the functions of detecting emergency parking of vehicles on a highway and automatically early warning is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于ETC技术的高速公路停车预警的方法,步骤是:(1)、根据ETC系统的路侧单元的检测范围计算路侧单元布设的间隔距离;(2)、通过环形磁感应线圈,将车辆到来的信息发给路侧单元,由路侧单元向车载电子标签发出信号,建立双向信道;(3)、由路侧单元读取车载电子标签中的车辆信息并确定车载电子标签的位置;(4)、车载电子标签判断出车辆紧急停车后,生成相应指令,控制路侧预警设施向高速公路上的车辆进行预警,自动报警将已知的车辆信息和位置信息发送给云管理终端。方法易行,操作简便,具有可行性高、易于扩展,以解决现有的基于ETC技术的高速公路停车预警系统不具有检测高速公路上车辆紧急停车并自动预警的问题。
