The invention discloses a test system and method for measuring the aerodynamic performance of a helium compressor, and the system comprises an annular pipeline which is provided with a heat exchanger, a helium storage tank, a liquid nitrogen storage tank, a laminar flow meter, the helium compressor, a flow control valve, a vacuum pump, and a controller. A first temperature and pressure sensor and a second temperature and pressure sensor are arranged on the annular pipeline and located on the two sides of the heat exchanger respectively. A third temperature and pressure sensor and a fourth temperature and pressure sensor are respectively arranged at an inlet and an outlet of the laminar flow meter; a fifth temperature and pressure sensor and a sixth temperature and pressure sensor are arranged at the positions, located at the inlet and the outlet of the helium compressor, of the annular pipeline correspondingly. The system is simple in structure and reliable in performance, can simulate parameters of the working condition environment of the stratospheric airship helium compressor on the ground, can effectively use a helium medium to measure the P-Q performance of the compressor, and provides effective support for design optimization and performance evaluation of the compressor, overall design of an airship platform and use of environmental control pressure regulation.
本发明公开了一种测量氦气压气机气动性能的试验系统及方法,其试验系统包括:环形管路,环形管路上设有热交换器、氦气储存罐、液氮储存罐、层流流量计、氦气压气机、流量调节阀、真空泵、控制器,环形管路上位于热交换器的两侧分别设有第一温压传感器和第二温压传感器;层流流量计的进出口分别设有第三温压传感器和第四温压传感器;环形管路上位于氦气压气机的进出口的位置分别设有第五温压传感器和第六温压传感器。该系统不仅结构简单、性能可靠,而且能够在地面模拟平流层飞艇氦气压气机工况环境的参数,并能够有效的使用氦气介质测量压气机的P‑Q性能,为压气机的设计优化、性能评估、飞艇平台的总体设计及环控调压的使用提供了有效支撑。
