The invention discloses a self-adaptive noise reduction stern shaft bracket which is provided with two arms, and each stern shaft bracket arm comprises a movable support arm block, a support arm fixing part connected with a shaft hub, a support arm fixing part connected with a main hull shell, a fixed supporting shaft, a fixed supporting rod, a movable support arm block hydraulic driving mechanism and a skin. The skin covers the movable support arm block, the support arm fixing part connected with the main hull and the hull and the support arm fixing part connected with the hub. The movable support arm block is driven by a movable support arm block hydraulic driving mechanism to rotate around the fixed supporting shaft, and the skin is driven to change the appearance of the support arm. The deflection angle of the tail shaft bracket can be adaptively adjusted at different depths according to the working condition of a ship, self cavitation is reduced, a tail wake flow field is changed, the inflow condition of a propeller is improved, and then the effect of reducing underwater radiation noise of the propeller is achieved. Under the working condition that noise does not need to be reduced, the angle of the stern shaft bracket can be adjusted, incoming flow is rectified, the thrust of a propeller is improved, and the navigational speed is increased.

    本发明公开了一种自适应降噪艉轴架,艉轴架为双臂,每根艉轴架臂包括:可动支架臂块、连接轴毂的支架臂固定部分、连接主船体船壳的支架臂固定部分、固定支撑轴、固定支撑杆、可动支架臂块液压驱动机构、蒙皮;蒙皮覆盖可动支架臂块、连接主船体船壳的支架臂固定部分、连接轴毂的支架臂固定部分;可动支架臂块由可动支架臂块液压驱动机构驱动,绕固定支撑轴旋转,带动蒙皮改变支架臂外形。本发明艉轴架偏转角度可在不同深度根据船舶工况进行自适应调整,减少自身空化,改变尾部伴流场,改善螺旋桨进流条件,进而起到降低螺旋桨水下辐射噪声的作用。在不需要降低噪声的工况下,可以调整艉轴架角度,对来流进行整流,提高螺旋桨的推力,增加航速。
