The invention relates to an overwater photovoltaic panel floating installation foundation with long service life. Comprising a plurality of installation foundation units which are combined into a whole and float on the water surface. The installation foundation unit comprises large and small buoys which are arranged in parallel and have different diameters, and a connecting device between the large and small buoys, and the upper parts of the large and small buoys are connected with the photovoltaic panel; the installation base units are combined into a whole in the length direction of the buoys and/or in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the buoys. The light facing angle of the photovoltaic panel is the inclination angle generated by the photovoltaic panel due to the difference value of the diameters of the large floating cylinder and the small floating cylinder in the vertical direction; the large buoy and the small buoy are composed of shells made of FRP materials and hole sealing foam which is filled in the shells in an injection or pouring foaming mode. The brand-new buoy is used as the main structure of the installation foundation, the installation foundation is simplified, the buoy shell is of an FRP shell structure, the inner core is made of hole sealing foam, and the requirements of being capable of being matched with a photovoltaic panel, long in service life, more environmentally friendly and beneficial to installation and maintenance are met.

    本发明涉及一种高使用寿命的水上光伏板漂浮安装基础。包括多个组合为一体浮在水面上的安装基础单元;安装基础单元包括平行设置的、直径不同的大、小浮筒,和大、小浮筒之间的连接装置,所述大、小浮筒上部承接所述光伏板;所述安装基础单元在各浮筒的长度方向和/或垂直于浮筒长度方向上组合为一体;所述光伏板的迎光角度为所述大、小浮筒直径的竖直方向上的差值使光伏板产生的倾斜角度;所述大、小浮筒由FRP材料构成的壳体和通过注射或浇筑发泡充满壳体的封孔泡沫构成。本发明利用全新的浮筒作为安装基础的主要结构,简化了安装基础,浮筒壳体为FRP壳体结构、内芯为封孔泡沫,满足能够匹配光伏板的使用寿命长且更为环保、利于安装与维护的要求。
