The invention discloses an assembling method of a battery swap station, the battery swap station comprises a battery swap box body, a charging box body, a battery swap unit, a first charging unit and a second charging unit, and the assembling method of the battery swap station is characterized by comprising the following steps: installing the battery swap unit and the first charging unit in the battery swap box body, the second charging unit is installed in the charging box body; the battery replacing box body and the charging box body are moved to preset positions; and the battery changing box body is in butt joint with the charging box body. According to the invention, the installation time at the actual deployment position can be greatly reduced, the occupation of installation personnel is reduced, and the installation efficiency is improved. Modularized products can be used in different types of battery swap stations, all units in the battery swap box body can be concentrated in a factory to be installed, debugging equipment is complete, problems can be found on site, and defective parts can be replaced. Therefore, the installation quality in the battery replacement box body is ensured, faults are reduced, and the installation precision is high.

    本发明公开了一种换电站的装配方法,所述换电站包括换电箱体、充电箱体、换电单元、第一充电单元、第二充电单元,其特征在于,所述换电站的装配方法包括以下步骤:将换电单元和第一充电单元安装在换电箱体内,将第二充电单元安装在充电箱体内;将换电箱体、充电箱体移动至预定位置;将换电箱体与充电箱体对接。本发明可以大幅度减少在实际部署位置的安装时间,减少安装人员的占用,提高安装效率。模块化产品可以用于不同类型的换电站中,并且换电箱体内的各单元可以集中在工厂里集中进行内部的各单元的安装,且调试设备齐全,可以当场发现问题并进行问题部件的更换。由此,确保换电箱体内部的安装质量,减少故障发生,安装精度高。
