The invention discloses a narrow water channel navigation collision risk assessment method, which comprises the following steps of: performing spatial clustering by utilizing a DBSCAN spatial clustering method to obtain a plurality of clusters, introducing a ship and a target ship to calculate the collision risk of each ship in a narrow water channel area, and respectively taking any ship in each cluster as the ship and each other ship as the target ship; the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the distance and time from a ship to a closest point and a ship domain overlap index based on related data of the ship and a target ship, constructing a negative index equation for correlation, determining a collision risk value and a collision contribution value through linear combination, and calculating to obtain a collision risk assessment value of the ship. And finally, judging a narrow water channel collision risk through a narrow water channel collision risk assessment value obtained by accumulating the collision risk assessment values of all ships. The method has the advantages that the ship traffic potential safety hazard existing in the narrow water channel can be rapidly identified, the method is suitable for short-term identification of regional collision risks and instant identification of marine traffic monitoring, and the accuracy is high.

    本发明公开了一种狭水道航行碰撞风险评估方法,先利用DBSCAN空间聚类方法进行空间聚类得到多个集群,引入本船和目标船来计算狭水道区域中每艘船舶的碰撞风险,分别将每个集群中任意船舶作为本船,其他每艘船舶作为目标船,基于本船和目标船的相关数据得到本船到最接近点的距离、时间以及船舶领域重叠指数,进而构建相关性用负指数方程,接着通过线性组合确定碰撞风险值和碰撞贡献值后计算得到本船的碰撞风险评估值,最后通过所有船舶的碰撞风险评估值累加得到的狭水道碰撞风险评估值,判断狭水道碰撞风险;优点是能够快速识别狭水道上存在的船舶交通安全隐患,适用于区域碰撞风险的短期识别以及海上交通监控的瞬时识别,且具有较高的准确度。
