    本发明属于高速公路交通控制技术领域,具体涉及一种高速公路小区间车流检测及管理方法。将其间无岔路分支的一段高速公路车道选定一个检测路段,将该检测路段分隔为大区间路段和一个小区间路段,在每个小区检测节点处均设置一个小区检测站,该小区检测站固定在小区检测节点的护栏处;以获取小区检测节点的车辆实际车速和所行驶车道的信息,并按设定的置信度和置信区间对实际车速信息进行筛选和储存。对大区间路段的限速具有影响的因素包括车辆实际车速、各个大区间路段的道路特点、自然环境、相邻大区间路段的道路拥堵情况、高速入口和高速出口的进出车辆数量等进行借鉴,以及对高速入口进入车辆数量进行约束,实现道路压力的均衡。
