The invention relates to the field of computer software, in particular to a lane-level traffic state estimation method, device and system based on trajectory data, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the observation data of a previous time step and the observation data of a current time step of a traffic flow; transmitting the observation data of the last time step to an observation model for processing, and transmitting a speed observation value of the traffic flow of the last time step and a density observation value of the traffic flow of the last time step, which are obtained by processing, to a prediction model for conversion processing; then, a prediction result, obtained through conversion, of the traffic flow state data of the current time step length is sent to an observation model for calculation, and the prediction result of the traffic flow state data of the current time step length and observation data of the current time step length are summarized and processed based on extended Kalman filtering; the traffic flow state estimation method is fast in operation and accurate to lane-level traffic state estimation.

    本发明涉及计算机软件领域,具体而言,涉及一种基于轨迹数据的车道级交通状态估计方法、装置及系统,所述方法包括获取交通流的上一时间步长的观测数据和当前时间步长的观测数据,并将所述上一时间步长的观测数据发送至观测模型进行处理,将处理得到的上一时间步长的交通流的速度观测值和上一时间步长的交通流的密度观测值发送至预测模型进行转化处理,然后将转化得到的当前时间步长交通流状态数据的预测结果发送至观测模型进行计算,基于扩展卡尔曼滤波对当前时间步长交通流状态数据的预测结果、当前时间步长的观测数据进行汇总处理,得到当前时间步长分配权重后的交通流状态估计结果,本方法运算快,精确到车道级交通状态估计。
