The invention discloses a method for drag reduction by arranging microstructures on the surface of an underwater vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: drawing an underwater vehicle model by adopting three-dimensional drawing software, uniformly arranging groove-shaped drag reduction microstructures on the surface of the underwater vehicle, and arranging the drag reduction microstructures along the flow direction, simulation analysis software Ansys is used for conducting simulation analysis on the underwater vehicle model with the smooth surface and the surface provided with the different structures and the different number of sets of drag reduction microstructures, a surface friction resistance value is obtained, the drag reduction rates of the surfaces of the underwater vehicles with the different structures and the different number of sets of drag reduction microstructures are calculated according to the surface friction resistance value, and the drag reduction rates of the surfaces of the underwater vehicles with the different structures and the different number of sets of drag reduction microstructures are calculated according to the drag reduction rates. And designing the surface structure of the underwater vehicle in practical application by using the drag reduction microstructure corresponding to the maximum drag reduction rate. By means of the method, the running resistance of the surface of the underwater vehicle can be effectively reduced, the energy consumption of the underwater vehicle is reduced to the maximum degree, and energy is saved.

    本发明公开了一种在水下航行器表面布置微结构进行减阻的方法,包括采用三维绘图软件绘制水下航行器模型,在水下航行器表面均匀布置沟槽状的减阻微结构,顺流向布置,使用仿真分析软件Ansys对表面光滑和表面布置有不同结构、不同数量组减阻微结构的水下航行器模型进行仿真分析,得到表面摩擦阻力值,根据表面摩擦阻力值计算出具有不同结构、不同数量组减阻微结构的水下航行器表面的减阻率,用最大减阻率对应的减阻微结构来设计实际应用中水下航行器表面结构。采用本发明方法能有效的减小水下航行器表面的运行阻力,最大化的降低水下航行器的能耗,节约能源。
