Large-range low-precision tracking and small-range high-precision identification are carried out through the ship identification, positioning and tracking module and the ship smoke exhaust identification, positioning and tracking module, the detection distance is effectively increased by adopting the scheme of combining long and short focal length cameras, the pollutant concentration is directionally detected by adopting laser, infrared and ultraviolet detectors, the background environment interference is effectively eliminated, and the detection accuracy is improved. According to the method, the phenomenon of excessive discharge of ship tail gas pollution discharge is recognized through laser, infrared and ultraviolet, a binocular camera and a thermal imaging camera are combined, AIS information is fused, the identity of a ship with excessive ship tail gas pollution discharge is determined, ship tail gas pollution discharge is monitored by means of multi-source data, and reliability and accuracy are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种船舶尾气污染监测装置及监测方法,包括船只识别定位跟踪模块、船舶排烟识别定位跟踪模块、污染物分析和排污判定模块以及船只身份认定模块,监测装置岸基部署,其安装环境可控,多源探测手段实现全天候自动运行,通过船只识别定位跟踪模块、船舶排烟识别定位跟踪模块进行大范围低精度跟踪,小范围高精度识别,采用长短焦距摄像头相结合的方案,有效提高探测距离,采用激光、红外、紫外探测仪定向探测污染物浓度,有效排除背景环境干扰,通过激光、红外、紫外识别船舶尾气排污超排现象,结合双目摄像头、热成像摄像头,并融合AIS信息,确定船舶尾气排污超标船只身份,依靠多源数据对船舶尾气排污进行监控,保证可靠性和准确率。
