The invention discloses a lifting device for engineering machinery maintenance, which comprises a bottom plate, rollers are rotatably connected to the lower side of the bottom plate, a plurality of extension arms are fixed to the side surfaces of the bottom plate, electric telescopic rods are mounted at the ends, away from the bottom plate, of the extension arms, and conical discs are hinged to the lower ends of the electric telescopic rods. Four sliding rods are arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate in a rectangular shape, a first motor is installed in the middle of the bottom plate and connected with a first lead screw lifting set, and a lead screw of the first lead screw lifting set is in threaded connection with a middle plate. Different degrees of lifting are completed through the two motors, the first motor is used for coarse adjustment, the lifting speed is high, the second motor is used for fine adjustment, and the stability is good; and meanwhile, replacement parts are hoisted in the maintenance process through the fixed pulley and the winch, repeated lifting is not needed, and time and labor are saved.

    本发明公开了一种工程机械维修用升降装置,包括底板,底板的下侧转动连接有滚轮,底板的侧面均固定有若干延伸臂,延伸臂远离底板的端部安装有电动伸缩杆,电动伸缩杆的下端铰接有锥型盘,将本装置固定在地面上,所述底板的上侧呈矩形设有四根滑杆,底板的中部安装有电机一,电机一连接有丝杆升降组一,丝杆升降组一的丝杆上螺纹连接有中间板,本发明通过两个电机完成不同程度的升降,电机一用于粗调,升降速度快,电机二用于精调,稳定性好,使得维修过程中控制更方便,同时,通过利用定滑轮和卷扬机在维修中途吊取替换件,不需要反复升降,省时省力。
