The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, in particular to a winch lifting device for lifting bricks and stones. Comprising a mounting seat, a hanging basket and a connecting structure, the mounting seat comprises a roller and a guide structure; a plurality of clamping blocks are further arranged on the upper end surface of the groove; the connecting structure comprises a fixing plate, a telescopic column, a driving rod and an adjusting structure; first elastic pieces are arranged between the first sliding block and the fixing plate and between the second sliding block and the fixing plate. The driving rod is telescopically and fixedly mounted between the connecting rods on the two sides; according to the adjusting structure, when the inclination of the driving rod reaches a preset value, the clamping rod and the sliding block which are located on the high inclination side of the hanging basket are unlocked, the first elastic piece on the corresponding side drives the sliding block to move towards the center of the fixing shaft, and meanwhile the clamping rod and the hanging basket on the reverse side are driven to integrally move towards the center of the fixing shaft; and the hanging basket is gradually adjusted to a horizontal state. According to the device, the self-adaptive adjustment of the device on the hoisting hanging basket is improved, so that the stress uniformity of the device during hoisting is improved, and the purpose of safe use is achieved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,具体涉及一种用于砖石吊运的绞盘起重装置。包括安装座、吊篮和连接结构;安装座包括滚筒和导向结构;凹槽的上端面还设有多个卡块;连接结构包括固定板、伸缩柱、驱动杆和调节结构;第一、第二滑块与固定板之间均设有第一弹性件;驱动杆可伸缩地固定安装在两侧的连杆之间;调节结构,配置成当驱动杆倾斜达到预设值时,处于吊篮倾斜较高一侧的卡杆和滑块均解锁,且对应一侧的第一弹性件驱动滑块向固定轴中心移动,同时带动反向一侧的卡杆和吊篮整体也向固定轴的中心移动,使得吊篮逐渐调节至水平状态。本发明提高了该装置对起重吊篮的自适应调节,进而提高了该装置吊装的受力均匀性,进而达到了安全使用的目的。
