Wherein the left balance module is used for acquiring left balance data of a reinforcing mesh when the reinforcing mesh is hoisted; the right balance module is used for acquiring right balance data of the reinforcing mesh when the reinforcing mesh is hoisted; the offset data module is used for determining offset data according to the left balance data and the right balance data; and the balance adjusting module is used for acquiring the real-time position of the reinforcing mesh, adjusting the real-time position according to the offset data, and determining a target position. According to the balance control system, the reinforcing mesh can be installed in a standard balance state.
