The invention provides a roof net rack lifting device and a construction method.The lifting device comprises a cross beam and a lifting rope, rolling wheels are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the cross beam, a balance plate is arranged on the portion, between the two rolling wheels, of the lifting rope, and walking wheels moving along the cross beam are arranged at the upper end of the balance plate; a leveling mechanism matched with the balance plate is arranged at the lower end of the cross beam; the leveling mechanism comprises two supporting plates located on the two sides of the balance plate respectively, the supporting plates are provided with through holes facilitating sliding and penetrating of the lifting rope, elastic telescopic pieces are arranged on the upper sides of the through holes, one ends of the elastic telescopic pieces are connected with the balance plate, the other ends of the elastic telescopic pieces are connected with the supporting plates, and pressure sensors are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the elastic telescopic pieces, of the supporting plates. A hydraulic telescopic rod is arranged on the supporting plate on the lower side of the through hole, and the pressure sensor and the hydraulic telescopic rod are both connected with a main controller. The roof net rack is leveled in real time in the hoisting process, and the stability and balance of the roof net rack are ensured.
本发明提出了一种屋盖网架提升装置及施工方法,所述提升装置包括横梁和吊绳,横梁下端的两侧均设置有滚轮,两个滚轮之间的吊绳上设置有平衡板,平衡板的上端设置有沿横梁移动的行走轮,横梁的下端设置有与平衡板配合的校平机构;校平机构包括两个分别位于平衡板两侧的支撑板,支撑板上设置有便于吊绳滑动穿过的通孔,通孔的上侧设置有弹性伸缩件,弹性伸缩件的一端与平衡板相连,另一端与支撑板相连,支撑板上对应弹性伸缩件的位置处设置有压力传感器,通孔下侧的支撑板上设置有液压伸缩杆,压力传感器和液压伸缩杆均与主控制器相连。本发明在吊装过程中对屋顶网架进行实时校平,确保屋顶网架的稳定性以及平衡。
