According to the connecting piece and the connecting mode of the hollow guide rail of the elevator, the overall section of the hollow guide rail is of a T-shaped structure, the forward protruding side of the hollow guide rail is a sliding working end, the opposite back plane of the hollow guide rail is a fixed bottom face, and the head-tail connecting positions of the hollow guide rail are connected through the guide rail connecting piece; the guide rail connecting piece makes contact with the ends of the two guide rails needing to be connected at the same time and is fixed, the guide rail connecting piece supports a cavity structure in the connecting position of the hollow guide rails at the same time, and the surfaces of the two guide rails at the connecting position of the hollow guide rails are arranged in a smooth transition mode. The interior of the hollow guide rail is supported at the connecting position, the strength of the interior of the guide rail is improved, deformation is reduced, the smoothness effect of the guide rail is improved, the solid structure of the hollow guide rail is weak, and the welding foundation is insufficient, so that the connecting structure and mode can effectively reduce deformation of the guide rail.

    本发明提出了一种电梯空心导轨的连接件及其连接方式,空心导轨整体截面呈“T”形的结构,空心导轨的前突的一侧为滑行工作端,其相对背部平面为固定底面,空心导轨的首尾连接处通过导轨连接件进行连接,导轨连接件与需要连接的两导轨的端部同时接触并进行固定,导轨连接件同时对空心导轨的连接处内部的空腔结构进行支撑,空心导轨的连接处的两导轨表面平顺过渡设置。通过在连接处对空心导轨内部进行支撑,提高了导轨内部的强度,减少变形,提高了导轨的平顺效果,空心导轨的实体结构弱,焊接的基础不足,所以本连接结构及方式,可以有效减少导轨的变形。
