The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle device for eliminating thunder and lightning through manual intervention, and relates to the technical field of lightning protection. Comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle and further comprises a carbon metal powder foil ejector, a laser lightning eliminator, a high-voltage ionization generator and an electronic interference unit. Under the cooperation of the high-voltage ionization generator and the carbon metal powder foil ejector, the carbon metal powder foil with charges is sprayed out, an ionization channel is formed between cumulonimbus clusters, flashover between and in the cloud clusters caused by manual intervention is achieved, discharge of the thunderstorm clusters to ground buildings, personnel, equipment, facilities and the like is reduced and eliminated, and the service life of the thunderstorm clusters is prolonged. The laser lightning eliminator is adopted to eliminate lightning charge, reduce lightning energy, actively intervene the formation of lightning and achieve the active lightning protection effect, and meanwhile, before lightning stroke, the lightning charge is actively ionized or punctured, and electric energy in thundercloud is discharged; and the electric energy discharged before the lightning stroke is smaller than the electric energy generated when the lightning stroke occurs, so that the lightning protection safety is facilitated.

    本发明公开了人工干预消除雷电无人飞行器装置,涉及防雷技术领域。包括无人机,还包括碳金属粉末箔片喷射器、激光消雷器、高压电离发生器和电子干扰器;本发明通过高压电离发生器和碳金属粉末箔片喷射器的配合下,喷洒出带电荷的碳金属粉末箔片,在积雨云团之间形成电离通道,实现人工干预引发云团之间和云团内闪络,减少和消除雷雨云团对地面建筑物、人员、设备、设施等的放电,减少直击雷的雷击灾害,而且采取激光消雷器达到消除雷电荷,降低雷电能量,主动干预雷电的形成,达到主动防雷的效果,同时在雷击之前,主动电离或击穿雷电荷,将雷云中的电能泄放,雷击发生之前所泄放的电能小于发生雷击时所产生的电能,更有利于避雷安全。
