The invention relates to a portal shelving device and a transportation method. The portal shelving device comprises a base and stand columns vertically installed on the base, and a connecting cross beam is connected between the two stand columns. Cantilevers used for placing the portal frame are arranged on the stand columns and perpendicular to the stand columns, the two ends of the cantilevers extend out relative to the stand columns, and the cantilevers on the two stand columns are parallel; the cantilever comprises an upper layer and a lower layer; the cantilevers on the same layer on the two stand columns form a layer of supporting platform. When the portal frame is transported, the portal frame supporting beam is placed on the portal frame placing device; then the portal frame and the portal frame placing device are lifted and sent to a site from the lower end of the connecting cross beam through a forklift; and a pallet fork of a forklift is inserted from the lower part of the portal support beam to lift the portal and then move the portal away from the portal shelving device. By means of the portal shelving device, shelving of the portal can be achieved, and the height space of the portal is fully utilized; in addition, during carrying, the four gantries can be carried in sequence by means of a forklift, and the carrying efficiency of the gantries is improved.
本发明涉及一种门架搁置装置及运输方法,该装置包括底座、竖直安装在底座上的立柱,两根立柱之间连接有连接横梁;立柱上垂直于立柱设有用以门架搁置悬臂,悬臂的两端相对立柱伸出,两根立柱上的悬臂相互平行;悬臂包括上下两层;两根立柱上同一层的悬臂组成一层支撑平台。运输门架时将门架支撑梁放置在门架搁置装置上;再通过叉车从连接横梁下端将门架连同门架搁置装置一同托起送到场地;再通过叉车的货叉从门架支撑梁下方插入将门架托起后搬离门架搁置装置。通过本发明的门架搁置装置可以实现对门架的搁置,充分利用了门架高度空间;另外,在搬运时,借助叉车可以实现依次搬运四个门架,提升了门架的搬运效率。
