The invention discloses a drunk driving behavior monitoring method and device and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: starting a vehicle body camera to obtain the first image information of a user when it is detected that the user is located outside the vehicle and within a preset distance; analyzing the first image information to obtain the limb movement amplitude of the user; when the limb movement amplitude is larger than a preset limb movement amplitude threshold value and the user is located on a driving seat, starting an in-vehicle camera to obtain second image information of the user; analyzing the second image information to obtain face information and human body action amplitude of the user; when it is judged that the face information meets the preset face information condition and the human body action amplitude meets the preset human body action amplitude condition, the in-vehicle alcohol concentration is obtained; and based on a comparison result of a preset alcohol concentration threshold value and the in-vehicle alcohol concentration, a drunk driving behavior judgment result is obtained. According to the embodiment of the invention, whether alcohol comes from a driver or not can be accurately identified, the reliability is high, drunk driving behaviors can be effectively prevented, and the driving safety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种酒驾行为监测方法、装置及车辆,包括:在检测到用户位于车外且在预设的距离内时,启用车身摄像头获取用户的第一图像信息;解析第一图像信息得到用户的肢体动作幅度;当肢体动作幅度大于预设的肢体动作幅度阈值且用户位于驾驶座椅上时,启用车内摄像头获取用户的第二图像信息;解析第二图像信息得到用户的脸部信息和人体动作幅度;在判断到脸部信息满足预设的脸部信息条件且人体动作幅度满足预设的人体动作幅度条件时,获取车内酒精浓度;基于预设的酒精浓度阈值和车内酒精浓度的比较结果,得到酒驾行为判定结果。本发明实施例能够准确识别出酒精是否来源于驾驶员,可靠性高,同时能够有效防止酒驾行为,提高行车安全性。
