The invention relates to electrified railway equipment, in particular to a catenary dropper integrated manufacturing platform which comprises an operation table, a fixed table and a movable table are arranged on the two sides of the operation table respectively, a wire feeding structure is arranged on each of the fixed table and the movable table, and two pressing structures are arranged on the close sides of the two wire feeding structures. The pressing structure is used for pressing the corresponding pipe pressing sleeves, and the two wire feeding structures are used for re-conveying the tail ends of the droppers into the correspondingly-penetrated pipe pressing sleeves. The wire feeding structures and the pressing structure are correspondingly arranged at the two ends of the droppers to replace manual work to complete bending and fixing operation of the two ends of the catenary droppers; the problems that at present, droppers of corresponding length specifications need to be manufactured manually according to actual conditions, and the production efficiency and the quality level of the droppers are low are solved.

    本发明涉及一种电气化铁路设备,具体是一种接触网吊弦一体化制作平台,包括操作台,所述操作台两侧分别设置有固定台以及移动台,固定台和移动台上分别设置有一组送线结构,两组所述送线结构的靠近侧设置有两组压合结构,所述压合结构用于对应压管套的压接操作,两组所述送线结构用于将吊弦线末端重新输送至对应穿过的压管套内,本发明通过在吊弦线的两端对应设置送线结构以及压合结构,来代替人工完成接触网吊弦两端的弯曲固定作业,避免了目前需要人工根据实际情况制作对应长度规格的吊弦,吊弦的生产效率以及质量水平较低的问题。
