The invention discloses an intelligent charging monitoring method and an intelligent charging monitoring system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the identity information of a user when a charging device of an electric bicycle is detected to be connected to a charging socket; when it is recognized that the identity information of the user meets a preset charging authentication condition, a power supply of the charging socket is switched on to charge the electric bicycle; when it is recognized that the charged electric bicycle belongs to the preset charging abnormal state, a power supply of the charging socket is cut off, and recognition information is uploaded to the cloud server; and after the power supply of the charging socket is cut off or a fire extinguishing instruction issued by the cloud server is received, a fire extinguishing device and a sound-light alarm device are started. By monitoring the charging pile and the charging operation, unattended charging and intelligent monitoring are achieved, emergencies can be dealt with in time, the functions of fire fighting, security and protection, emergency fire extinguishing and the like are integrated, the charging safety of the electric bicycle is improved, and the charging use experience can also be improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能充电监控方法及智能充电监控系统,方法包括在检测到电动自行车的充电设备接入充电插座时,获取用户的身份信息;当识别到所述用户的身份信息满足预设的充电认证条件时,接通所述充电插座的电源向电动自行车进行充电;在识别到充电中的电动自行车属于预设的充电异常状态时,断开所述充电插座的电源并将识别信息上传所述云端服务器;在断开所述充电插座的电源或接收到所述云端服务器下发的灭火指令后,启动灭火装置和声光报警装置。本发明通过对充电桩和充电操作的监控,实现无人值守充电和智能监控,能够及时应对突发情况,集成消防、安防、应急灭火等功能,提高电动自行车充电安全性,还能提高充电使用体验。
