The invention discloses a floating plate assembly, a battery pack and a vehicle, the floating plate assembly is used for the battery pack and is configured between the bottom wall of the battery pack and a battery assembly of the battery pack, the floating plate assembly comprises a floating plate body, the floating plate body is provided with a first layer structure and a second layer structure, the first layer structure and the second layer structure are overlapped, and the floating plate body is provided with a first electrode; the surface, deviating from the second layer structure, of the first layer structure is constructed as a bottom wall matching surface, the surface, deviating from the first layer structure, of the second layer structure is constructed as a battery assembly matching surface, the first layer structure is constructed as a hard layer structure, and the second layer structure is constructed as an elastic layer structure. According to the floating plate assembly disclosed by the invention, the floating plate assembly is suitable for uniformly transmitting collision impact to the battery assembly when the bottom wall of the battery pack is subjected to collision deformation, so that the collision impact is prevented from being concentrated at a certain point of the battery assembly, and the protection effect on the battery assembly is improved; and the risk that the battery assembly is damaged in collision is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种浮动板组件、电池包和车辆,浮动板组件用于电池包,并被配置在电池包的底壁与电池包的电池组件之间,浮动板组件包括:浮动板本体,浮动板本体具有第一层结构和第二层结构,第一层结构与第二层结构叠置,第一层结构的背离第二层结构的表面构造为底壁配合面,第二层结构的背离第一层结构的表面构造为电池组件配合面,第一层结构构造为硬质层结构,第二层结构构造为弹性层结构。根据本发明的浮动板组件,浮动板组件适于在电池包的底壁发生碰撞形变时,将碰撞冲击均匀地传递至电池组件,以避免碰撞冲击集中于电池组件的某一点,从而提高了对电池组件的防护效果,有效地降低了电池组件在碰撞中被损坏的风险。
