The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted air conditioners, particularly provides a vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit and a frequency control method of an inverter compressor thereof, and aims to solve the problems that an existing vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is high in energy consumption and short in service life of a vehicle-mounted battery. Therefore, a condenser, a throttling component, an evaporator and a frequency conversion compressor are arranged on a refrigerant circulation loop of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit, the vehicle external unit comprises a machine shell and a vehicle external fan, an air outlet, a first air inlet and a second air inlet are formed in the machine shell, and the air outlet is communicated with one end of a heat exchange channel in the machine shell; the first air inlet and the second air inlet are arranged to be capable of selectively communicating with the other end of the heat exchange channel, and on the basis, the frequency of the inverter compressor is adjusted according to the rotating speed of the vehicle exterior fan when the first air inlet and the second air inlet communicate with the heat exchange channel correspondingly, so that energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the service life of a vehicle-mounted battery is guaranteed; meanwhile, it can be guaranteed that the temperature of the evaporator does not fluctuate too much, and the operation stability of the vehicle-mounted air conditioning unit is improved.
本发明涉及车载空调技术领域,具体提供一种车载空调机组及其变频压缩机频率控制方法,旨在解决现有车载空调机组能耗高、车载电池寿命短的问题。为此,本发明的车载空调机组的冷媒循环回路上设置有冷凝器、节流构件、蒸发器和变频压缩机,车外机包括机壳和车外风机,机壳上设置有出风口、第一进风口和第二进风口,出风口与机壳中的换热通道的一端相连通,第一进风口和第二进风口设置成能够择一与换热通道的另一端相连通,并基于此,根据车外风机在第一进风口和第二进风口分别与换热通道连通时的转速,调节变频压缩机的频率,以有效降低能耗,保证车载电池的使用寿命,同时还能够保证蒸发器的温度不会波动过大,提升车载空调机组运行的稳定性。
