The forming mold comprises a mold body, a plurality of first mold cores and a plurality of second mold cores, the mold body comprises a bottom plate and a back plate, a plurality of first mold cavities and a plurality of second mold cavities are formed between the bottom plate and the back plate, and the first mold cavities and the second mold cavities are alternately arranged along a joint of the bottom plate and the back plate. The multiple first mold cores are detachably arranged in the multiple first cavities in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the multiple second mold cores are detachably arranged in the multiple second cavities in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the first mold cores have fixed overall dimensions, and the second mold cores can elastically deform. The forming efficiency of the beam structural part of the multi-cavity structure can be improved, and the defects of the beam structural part can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种成型模具、成型方法及由该成型方法获得的梁结构件,涉及梁结构件制造领域,为解决通过现有方法制造获得的梁结构件成型效率低、缺陷多的问题而设计。该成型模具包括模具本体、多个第一模芯和多个第二模芯,模具本体包括底板和背板,底板与背板之间用于形成多个第一型腔和多个第二型腔,多个第一型腔与多个第二型腔沿底板与背板的接缝交替排布,多个第一模芯分别一一对应地可拆卸设置于多个第一型腔,多个第二模芯分别一一对应地可拆卸设置于多个第二型腔,且第一模芯具有固定轮廓尺寸,第二模芯能够弹性形变。本发明能够提高多腔结构的梁结构件的成型效率,并减少其缺陷。
