The invention discloses a detection wheel centering structure, a track flaw detection car and a detection wheel centering method.The detection wheel centering structure is characterized in that a driving assembly is used for driving a detection wheel to reciprocate, a distance measuring sensor is connected with the detection wheel, the distance measuring sensor is arranged on one side of the detection wheel and is opposite to a track web of a track, and the distance measuring sensor is used for detecting the measured distance between the distance measuring sensor and the track web of the track; when the measured distance is larger than the preset distance, the driving assembly drives the detection wheel to move in the direction from the side, close to the distance measuring sensor, of the detection wheel to the other side of the detection wheel, and when the measured distance is smaller than the preset distance, the driving assembly drives the detection wheel to move in the direction from the side, away from the distance measuring sensor, of the detection wheel to the other side of the detection wheel. The position aligned with the distance measuring sensor is the rail web of the rail, so that compared with a rail head and the rail web of the rail, abrasion is less, the distance measuring sensor can better correspond to the geometric center line of the section of the rail when serving as a distance measuring reference, the situation that centering of a detection wheel is affected by rail abrasion can be prevented, and therefore flaw detection testing can be conducted more accurately.

    本发明公开了一种探轮对中结构、轨道探伤车及探轮对中方法,驱动组件用于带动探轮往复移动,测距传感器与探轮连接,测距传感器设于探轮的一侧并与轨道的轨腰相对设置,测距传感器用于检测与轨道的轨腰之间的测得距离,当测得距离大于预定距离时,驱动组件带动探轮沿探轮靠近测距传感器的一侧至探轮的另一侧的方向移动,当测得距离小于预定距离时,驱动组件带动探轮沿探轮远离测距传感器的一侧至探轮的另一侧的方向移动。由于测距传感器对准的位置为轨道的轨腰,相比于轨道的轨头,轨腰部分磨损更少,作为测距的参考时能够更好的与轨道截面的几何中心线对应,可防止轨道磨损影响探轮的对中,因此能够更准确的进行探伤测试。
