The invention discloses a GIS pipeline double-clamping mechanism, and relates to the field of pipeline clamping mechanisms. The traditional GIS pipeline lifting butt joint mainly adopts a rope as a lifting appliance, the controllability is poor, a hydraulic single-holding-clamp mechanism is also provided, the number of pipelines is large, the whole mechanism is prone to interference, and when a long pipeline is held by a single holding clamp, the whole pipeline cannot be in a horizontal state. The device comprises a rack, a lifting driving device, a sliding lifting mechanism and two sets of holding clamps, the sliding lifting mechanism comprises a lifting block, a left sliding connecting base and a right sliding connecting base, and when the lifting block ascends and descends, the left sliding connecting base and the right sliding connecting base move relative to the lifting block in the inclined direction along a waist guide rail, so that the left sliding connecting base and the right sliding connecting base are close to or separated from each other; and then the holding clamp is driven to clamp or loosen the clamped pipeline. A self-locking phenomenon can be generated between the left sliding connecting seat and the lifting block as well as between the right sliding connecting seat and the lifting block when the pipeline is clamped, and the pipeline can be stably, reliably and firmly held by adopting the double holding clamps to clamp the pipeline.

    本发明公开了一种GIS管道双抱夹机构,涉及管道抱夹机构领域。传统的GIS管道吊起对接多采用绳索作为吊具,可控性差,也有液压式的单抱夹机构,管路比较多,对整个机构容易造成干涉,且单抱夹在抱起长管道时,不能使整个管道处于水平状态。本发明包括机架、升降驱动装置、滑动升降机构和2套抱夹,滑动升降机构包括升降块、左滑动连接座和右滑动连接座,升降块升降时,左滑动连接座和右滑动连接座与升降块沿腰导轨斜向相对移动,使左滑动连接座和右滑动连接座接近或分离,进而带动抱夹夹紧或松离被夹管道。左滑动连接座和右滑动连接座与升降块之间在夹持管道时会产生自锁现象,采用双抱夹对管道进行夹持,能够平稳可靠牢固的抱紧管道。
