The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting slings, in particular to an amphibious shackle opening and closing device. The device comprises a pin shaft, a box body, a clamping plate, a pin shaft, a balancing weight, a connecting piece and a hydraulic system, a center hole is formed in the pin shaft, the pin shaft penetrates through a shackle hole and one end of an installation hole in the clamping plate into a pin shaft box body and is connected with a connecting plate, a shackle oil cylinder is installed on the connecting plate, and a fixed limiting structure is arranged at the end, in the pin shaft box body, of the pin shaft; and the other end of the pin shaft extends to one side of the balancing weight and is provided with a radial sliding limiting structure. Compared with the prior art, the pin shaft is axially fixed in a two-end fixing mode, the fixed limiting structure on the pin shaft is used for limiting the pin shaft to move rightwards, and the radial sliding limiting structure is used for limiting the pin shaft to move leftwards; by means of the structure, the fixing rigidity is higher, and meanwhile unbalance loading of the pin shaft is avoided.

    本发明涉及起重吊索技术领域,特别是一种水陆两用卸扣启闭装置。它包括销轴,箱体,夹板,销轴,配重块,连接件,液压系统,销轴上设置有中心孔,销轴贯穿卸扣孔以及夹板上的安装孔一端至销轴箱体内并与连接板连接,连接板上装有卸扣油缸,销轴在销轴箱体内的一端设置有固定限位结构;销轴另一端延伸至配重块的一侧并装有径向滑动限位结构。本发明与现有技术相比,销轴轴向固定采用两端固定的方式,由销轴上的固定限位结构限制销轴向右移动,由径向滑动限位结构限制销轴向左移动;这种结构使固定刚度更高,同时避免销轴偏载。
