The invention discloses a battery case transferring and lifting device which comprises an electric hoist, a connecting frame is arranged at the bottom of the electric hoist, mounting frames used for mounting are arranged at the bottom of the connecting frame at intervals, and two sets of clamping air cylinders used for clamping and protecting a battery case are arranged at the top of each mounting frame in a staggered mode. A self-locking assembly is arranged at the telescopic end of the clamping air cylinder, and a clamping plate is arranged on the other side of the self-locking assembly. According to the transferring and lifting device, a vacuum suction cup arranged in the transferring and lifting device facilitates adsorption of a battery shell, meanwhile, a clamping air cylinder arranged in the transferring and lifting device is matched with a clamping plate to facilitate clamping of the adsorbed battery shell, and meanwhile self-locking is conducted through a self-locking assembly; and the problem of part scrapping caused by safety accidents or quality accidents due to the fact that the parts slide off from the lifting appliance due to collision or sudden air cut-off of compressed air is avoided.
