The invention provides a thermal management flexible connection device for an unmanned aerial vehicle engine. The thermal management flexible connection device is composed of a front adapter, a flexible connection piece and a rear adapter. The front rotating piece is used for being connected with an air inlet end assembly, and the rear rotating piece is used for being connected with a cylinder body end assembly. The front adapter piece and the rear adapter piece are connected through a flexible connecting piece, the front adapter piece is an annular piece, an annular flange is arranged at the front end of the front adapter piece, a screw hole is formed in the annular flange of the front adapter piece, the front adapter piece is connected with the air inlet end assembly through a screw, the front adapter piece is an annular piece, and the rear adapter piece is connected with the air inlet end assembly through a screw. An annular flange is arranged at the rear end of the rear adapter piece, a screw hole is formed in the annular flange of the rear adapter piece, and the rear adapter piece is connected with the air inlet end assembly through a screw. Under the condition that the engine and the aircraft body move relatively, connection of the air inlet end assembly and the cylinder body end assembly can still be achieved, and smoothness of an air flow channel is guaranteed.
