The invention discloses a carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioner heat management system for a new energy automobile and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of automobile air conditioners. Comprising a passenger cabin heating loop formed by sequentially connecting a CO2 electric compressor, an evaporative condenser a, a liquid storage tank, an intermediate heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separation tank and an evaporative condenser b. The passenger cabin refrigerating circuit is formed by a CO2 electric compressor, an evaporative condenser b, a liquid storage tank, an intermediate heat exchanger, a gas-liquid separation tank and an evaporative condenser a which are connected in sequence; and the battery box refrigerating circuit is formed by a battery box, a water pump a and a cooler which are connected in sequence. According to the heat management system, switching between the refrigerating function and the heating function can be achieved through opening and closing of the electric three-way valve and the electromagnetic valve, the structure is simple, the stability of the refrigerating system is maintained, the safety and reliability of the heat management system are improved, the system is integrated in the whole vehicle heat management system, heat management of a power battery is facilitated, and the service life of the power battery is prolonged. The energy utilization rate of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了新能源汽车用二氧化碳热泵空调热管理系统及其控制方法,涉及汽车空调技术领域。包括由依次连接的CO2电动压缩机、蒸发冷凝器a、储液罐、中间换热器、气液分离罐和蒸发冷凝器b形成的客舱制热回路;由依次连接的CO2电动压缩机、蒸发冷凝器b、储液罐、中间换热器、气液分离罐和蒸发冷凝器a形成的客舱制冷回路;由依次连接的电池箱、水泵a、冷却器形成的电池箱制冷回路。本发明制冷、制热各功能之间的变换可通过电动三通阀跟电磁阀的开关来实现,结构简单,以维持制冷系统的稳定不变,提高了热管理系统的安全可靠性,并且该系统集成在整车热管理系统中,有利于对动力电池的热管理,提高整车能源的利用率。
