The high-transmittance wood veneer comprises a real wood veneer body, a back pasting strengthening layer, a base layer, a backlight layer and a PCB which are fixedly attached in sequence, the base layer is provided with a light-transmitting area allowing light of the backlight layer to penetrate through, the back pasting strengthening layer is provided with a light-transmitting part right opposite to a light-emitting area on the real wood veneer body, and the light-transmitting part is provided with a light-emitting part right opposite to the light-emitting area on the back pasting strengthening layer. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: adhering the non-woven fabric or kraft paper back paste reinforcing layer to the back surface of the real wood veneer, then processing a hollow structure on the back paste reinforcing layer, filling transparent colloid or transparent injection molding plastic in the hollow structure, and forming the transparent colloid or transparent injection molding plastic on the back paste reinforcing layer. According to the real wood veneer and the manufacturing method of the real wood veneer, the real wood veneer is pressed and formed and then attached to the base layer, the backlight layer and the PCB are installed on the other side of the base layer, the real wood veneer is good in light transmission performance, clear and high-brightness light-emitting patterns can be formed on the real wood veneer, the high-brightness light-emitting patterns can be formed on the surface of the real wood veneer without too large current, and the real wood veneer is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

    本发明公开了一种高透光木皮及其制作工艺,高透光木皮包括顺序固定贴合的真木木皮、背贴强化层、基底层、背光层和PCB板,基底层上设有供背光层的光线穿设的透光区域,背贴强化层上设有与真木木皮上发光区域正对的透光部,背贴强化层上透光部与基底层上的透光区域正对,其制作工艺为:先将无纺布或牛皮纸的背贴强化层粘在真木木皮背面,然后在背贴强化层上加工镂空结构,并在镂空结构内填充透明胶体或透明注塑塑料,再对木皮进行压合成型后将其与基底层贴合,并在基底层另一侧安装背光层和PCB板,本发明的真木木皮透光性能好,真木木皮上能形成清晰高亮的发光图案,本发明无需太大的电流即可在真木木皮表面形成高亮发光图案,更节能环保。
