The invention discloses a traffic signal lamp control method based on a millimeter wave radar and an application, which are used for solving the problem that a contact-controlled signal lamp is inconvenient to use and cannot meet public health safety requirements. The method comprises the following steps: analyzing received millimeter wave radar frame data to obtain a point cloud corresponding to a monitoring target; clustering each point in the point cloud based on the distance, the angle and the speed to obtain a set of monitoring targets; filtering the set of the monitoring targets to obtain a track set of the monitoring targets; and according to the track set, judging whether the monitoring target needs to pass through a preset waiting area, thereby controlling the traffic signal lamp.
本发明公开了一种基于毫米波雷达的交通信号灯控制方法和应用,用于解决接触式控制的信号灯使用不便且不满足公共卫生安全需求的问题。其中,该方法包括:解析接收到的毫米波雷达帧数据,以获得与监测目标对应的点云;基于距离、角度以及速度,对点云中的各个点进行聚类,以获得监测目标的集合;对监测目标的集合进行滤波,以获得监测目标的航迹集合;根据航迹集合,判断监测目标是否要穿越预设的等待区域,从而对交通信号灯进行控制。
