The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a suspension support for an automobile power assembly. The manufacturing method is characterized by comprising the following steps that the suspension support to be optimized is prepared; preparing a filling adhesive for modal optimization; weighing the prepared filling glue, and filling the filling glue into a slot of the suspension bracket to be optimized to obtain the suspension bracket with the filling glue; and placing the suspension bracket with the filling glue in an environment at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C for 2-6 hours to realize curing, so as to obtain the suspension bracket with the optimized mode. The suspension bracket has the advantages that the filling glue is filled in the slot of the suspension bracket with the existing structure, so that the mode of the suspension bracket can be effectively optimized, and the problems of driving resonance and noise are obviously improved.

    本发明公开了一种一种汽车动力总成用悬置支架的制造方法,特点是包括如下步骤:准备待优化的悬置支架;制备用于模态优化的填充胶;将制备得到的填充胶进行称重,填入到待优化的悬置支架的槽缝中,得到具有填充胶的悬置支架;将具有填充胶的悬置支架置于温度在60‑80℃的环境中,放置2‑6小时,实现固化,得到具有优化模态的悬置支架。优点是通过在现有结构的悬置支架的槽缝中填充上述填充胶,可以有效优化悬置支架的模态,明显改善驾乘共振和噪音问题。
