The invention provides a multi-point independent wheel side driving vehicle torque cooperative braking control method and device, and the method employs the characteristic that each wheel of a distributed driving handover vehicle can be independently controlled, and controls the output force of the wheels at the two sides of a front vehicle body and a rear vehicle body to form a braking torque, thereby achieving the cooperative braking of the vehicle. The auxiliary hydraulic braking system can assist the hydraulic braking system in completing the braking process of the vehicle body, and the braking performance of the articulated vehicle is improved. According to a traditional hydraulic braking system, the problem that braking force is insufficient due to the fact that the oil pressure grade is high, the energy utilization rate is low and the movement stability is poor exists in the braking process of a vehicle body, finally, the braking strength during emergency braking on a bumpy road surface is effectively improved, and then the braking safety is improved. The device plays a basic key role in promoting automation of coal mine transportation vehicles.

    本发明提出一种多点独立轮边驱动车辆转矩协同制动控制方法和设备,该方法多点独立轮边驱动车辆转矩协同制动控制方法,利用分布驱动交接车各车轮可独立控制的特点,通过控制其前后车体两侧车轮的输出力大小,形成制动力矩,辅助液压制动系统完成车体制动过程,提高铰接车制动性能.通过本发明,能够解决车辆在颠簸路面上紧急制动时,由于轮胎的上下跳动,传统的液压制动系统车体制动过程中存在着油压等级较高、能量利用率较低、运动稳定性较差从而导致制动力不足的问题,最终有效提高颠簸路面下紧急制动时的制动强度,进而提升制动安全性,对于推进煤矿运输车辆的自动化起到基础关键的作用。
