The invention provides a vehicle-mounted air conditioner EOL offline configuration method and system.The method comprises the steps that air conditioner configuration information of a vehicle air conditioner is obtained, and the air conditioner configuration information comprises hardware information and software information; acquiring a hardware demand according to the hardware information, configuring a functional circuit adaptive to the hardware information according to the hardware demand, acquiring a software demand according to the software information, and configuring a software program adaptive to the software information according to the software demand; the functional circuit and the software program are operated and diagnosed, and whether the diagnosis result meets the target configuration requirement of the air conditioner or not is judged; and if yes, vehicle air conditioner configuration is completed. According to the vehicle-mounted air conditioner EOL offline configuration method and system, a modular design thought is adopted, and corresponding functional circuits and software programs are configured according to the air conditioner configuration information of the vehicle types, so that hardware generalization among different vehicle types is realized; the technical problems that in the prior art, an air conditioner controller cannot be compatible with a new energy vehicle, the platformization utilization rate is low, and the change amount is large due to the newly-added intelligent function are solved.

    本发明提供一种车载空调EOL下线配置方法及系统,方法包括:获取车辆空调的空调配置信息,空调配置信息包括硬件信息以及软件信息;根据硬件信息获取硬件需求,根据硬件需求配置与硬件信息相适应的功能电路,根据软件信息获取软件需求,根据软件需求配置与软件信息相适应的软件程序;运行并诊断功能电路与软件程序,判断诊断结果是否满足空调的目标配置需求;若是,车辆空调配置完成。上述车载空调EOL下线配置方法及系统,通过采用模块化的设计思路,根据车型的空调配置信息配置相应的功能电路以及软件程序,实现不同车型间的硬件通用化,解决了现有技术中空调控制器无法兼容新能源车、平台化利用率低、新增智能化功能导致改动量大的技术问题。
