The invention discloses a battery pack replacement control method and device, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the steps of sending an unlocking instruction to a battery pack mechanical locking device in a target vehicle under the condition that a confirmation instruction that the target vehicle reaches a preset battery replacement position is received; under the condition that the battery pack mechanical locking device is successfully unlocked and a battery replacement starting instruction is received, a disconnection instruction is sent to a BMS constant electricity contactor; under the condition that the BMS constant power contactor is disconnected, the connection condition of the battery pack in the target vehicle and the power conversion connector is determined according to the detected quick-change interlocking signal; under the condition that the connection condition is disconnection and reconnection, a locking instruction is sent to the battery pack mechanical locking device and a closing instruction is sent to the BMS constant electric contactor in sequence to complete the replacement operation of the battery pack, the problem that the time for waiting for charging of a vehicle is long is solved, the working efficiency of the mine car is improved, and the safety of the mine car is ensured. And smooth and safe battery replacement operation and personal safety of a driver in the battery replacement process are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种电池包更换的控制方法、装置、设备和介质。该方法包括:在接收到目标车辆到达预设电池更换位置的确认指令的情况下,向目标车辆中的电池包机械锁止装置发送解锁指令;在电池包机械锁止装置成功解锁,且接收到启动换电指令的情况下,向BMS常电接触器发送断开指令;在BMS常电接触器断开的情况下,根据检测到的快换互锁信号确定目标车辆中的电池包与换电连接器的连接情况;在连接情况为断开并再次连接的情况下,依次向电池包机械锁止装置发送上锁指令以及向BMS常电接触器发送闭合指令,以完成电池包的更换操作,解决车辆等待充电时间长的问题,提高矿车的工作效率,确保流畅、安全的完成换电操作及换电过程中驾驶人员的人身安全。
